Eddie Kilty is a talented, respected and gifted chef. He has headed up and worked in many kitchens including being Head Chef at the 2 AA Rosette 'The Inn on the Lake' in Glenridding.

Since launching Kilty & Co., Eddie has worked for Michelin starred chefs including Andrew Pern at The Star Inn at Harome, Tom Kerridge at 'Pub In The Park' and Emily Watkins’ at 'The Kingham Plough' in the Cotswolds. When Eddie is at the helm of the kitchen, not only are you in trusted hands, but your palate is in for a treat.

Born and raised in Liverpool, Eddie's style of cooking showcases his modern contemporary style. His passion for food and shows in every dish that he presents, be it a bowl of street food or a stunning contemporary fine dining plate.
